FAQ

The questions before the first case.

What is available now, what is coming, and what a calculator cannot tell you.

Start here.

What can I use today?

The education library and scenario calculator are open. Neither requires an account, email address or employee file.

What does joining the waitlist do?

It registers your interest in early access and product updates. It is not a service engagement, an order, a case submission or a guaranteed place in a scheduled launch.

Can I upload a census or order a Design Study?

Not yet. Case submissions, paid studies, testing and accounts are in development. Please do not send employee records through the waitlist or by email.

Does the calculator perform New Comparability testing?

No. It models limited contribution headroom and a common standalone defined-contribution gateway framework under stated assumptions. It does not calculate equivalent benefit rates, run rate-group coverage tests or issue a compliance result.

Does a 5% employee contribution mean the design passes?

No. A gateway condition and the full nondiscrimination analysis are different requirements. Applicable plan provisions, compensation definitions and the full employee population still matter.

Are my calculator inputs uploaded?

No. The scenario calculations run in the browser, without a server submission. Printing or exporting a scenario creates a local copy at your direction. Do not enter names, dates of birth or other personal identifiers.

Is joining the waitlist free?

Yes. There is no payment, credit card request or service commitment. Product scope and pricing will be communicated before any future paid engagement.

Will I have to change my recordkeeper or TPA?

The planned platform is intended to support existing professional relationships. Whether an actual design can be used depends on the plan document, applicable requirements and provider support. Keeping a provider cannot be guaranteed.

When will the platform launch?

A launch date has not been announced. The waitlist is the way to receive access updates.

Can I help test early versions?

Yes. You can express that interest in the optional waitlist field. Registration does not require any client information.
